Cooking class

Discover the culinary techniques of a two-Michelin-star restaurant through a cooking class led by Chef Jérôme Schilling, Meilleur Ouvrier de France.

Over the course of three hours, prepare a complete menu with a starter, main course, and dessert, while benefiting from the Chef’s expert guidance.

This experience includes:

• A welcome with coffee and pastries before the class
• The preparation of three recipes: starter, main course, and dessert
• The discovery of a glass of Sauternes

Class duration: 3 hours (from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.) on Saturday mornings
